The Telerivet mobile app lets you manage your organization's messaging from your phone and receive push notifications when new messages arrive. The app is available for both iOS (iPhone or iPad) and Android.
What you can do in the app
The Telerivet mobile app gives you access to your Telerivet account from your phone, with the same features as the Telerivet web app. With the app installed, you can:
- View incoming messages and send replies
- Send broadcasts and start campaigns
- Manage contacts and groups
- View dashboards, message statistics, and route activity
- Approve messages for review (if you're a reviewer)
- Configure routes, services, and project settings
Push notifications
The app can send push notifications to your phone for:
- Incoming messages
- Errors sending messages
Each notification type can be enabled or disabled per project from the app's Notifications screen.
Telerivet Mobile vs. Telerivet Gateway
Telerivet provides two separate apps for Android, with different purposes:
- Telerivet Mobile (this app) — for managing your Telerivet account from your phone.
- Telerivet Gateway — turns an Android phone into an SMS gateway that sends and receives messages through the phone's mobile carrier. See Introduction to Telerivet Gateway App for more information.
Both apps can be installed on the same phone if you need both functions.
