Starring and labeling your messages makes it easy to keep your messages organized and set up a workflow for your team to handle messages with Telerivet.
Starring Messages
Starring is a quick way to tag messages that need further attention, such as incoming messages that need a reply.
When viewing a message in Telerivet, click the 
icon to star the message. To un-star a message, click the 
icon again.
You can view all starred messages by clicking Starred > Yes in the Filters section of the "All messages" tab on the Messages page:
In addition to starring messages manually, it is also possible to star incoming messages automatically by creating a Custom Actions service and adding a "star message" action for messages that match a particular condition.
Labeling Messages
You can also organize messages by adding your own labels. When viewing a conversation, you can add (or remove) a label by clicking 
.
Alternatively, from the Messages page (on all tabs except for Conversations, Broadcasts, and Scheduled), you can add a label by selecting one or more messages and clicking Labels... at the top of the page.
Note that starring and labeling messages is not available on the Conversations or Broadcast tabs, because stars and labels apply to individual messages, not to entire conversations or broadcasts.
Each message can have multiple labels:
To view all messages with a particular label, expand the Labels tab on the Messages page, then click the label. Alternatively, click any label on a message to view all messages with that label.
Scheduled messages can also have labels, although the scheduled messages themselves don't show up in the Labels tab until they are sent.
In addition to labeling messages manually, it is also possible to label incoming messages automatically by creating a Rules Engine service and adding a "add label to message" action for messages that match a particular condition.
If you use Telerivet for SMS polling, labels will automatically be created for each poll and for each question within your poll, so that you can easily tell which messages correspond to which poll question.
Managing Labels
To rename or delete labels, click More > Manage labels at the top of the Messages page.
