Each project in Telerivet represents a distinct mobile messaging system. Each project has its own messages, contacts, routes, and services, and its own set of user permissions. If necessary, you can add multiple projects under one user account.
Adding a New Project
To add a new project, open the Account tab, select the Projects tab within your organization menu, then click Add new project.
When you have multiple projects within the same organization, they all share the same service plan limits. In other words, your service plan limits are the total limit for all of the projects in your organization.
Adding a New Organization
In order to add projects that are billed separately and don't share the same service plan limits, you can add a new organization, then add a new project under that organization.
To add a new organization, open the Account tab, select the Organizations tab within your user account menu, then click Add new organization.
By default, the new organization will be on the free plan and will not have any projects in it. After creating the organization, follow the steps in the above section to add a new project within the new organization.
Switching Between Projects
If your user account has access to more than one project, you can switch between projects by clicking the name of the current project in the bottom-left menu.
